Linda Rose-Krasnor

I am the Research Director of the Centre of Excellence for Youth Engagement and I am a professor in the Psychology Department at Brock University. I am involved in research to understand the development of social competence in children and youth, with a special focus on the roles of parents, peers, and activity involvement. I also lead the Evaluation Process Team for Mobilizing Minds.

What do you like about being involved with Mobilizing Minds?

I enjoy the opportunity to work collaboratively with a wide variety of young adults and other researchers in exploring the development of partnerships between young adults, researchers, and community organizations.

What do you hope to achieve with Mobilizing Minds?

I hope to increase our knowledge of the mental health information needs of young adults, as well as learning new things about the process of young adult-adult partnership development and ways in which we can make these partnerships more effective, enjoyable, and meaningful.
