I am a suicide attempt survivor who is passionate about defeating stigma and encouraging help seeking behaviours :) I love trying new things, public speaking and making people think. I am the 1 in 5 and I wouldn't change it because of the strength it gave me.

What do you like about being involved with Mobilizing Minds?

I love how they disprove myths about young people and encourage them to speak up about how they want their information. Giving youth a platform so that we listen to them instead of talking for them will help them gain confidence that they are important and people want to listen.

What do you hope to achieve with Mobilizing Minds?

I hope to help young people understand their resources and feel like they matter. In a system where they are underestimated and forgotten, I hope that we show the world that youth have an opinion and a voice, and its not saying what they thought it was.
